The Foothills area of Cave Creek and Carefree share the beautiful Sonoran Desert overlooking the Valley of the Sun.  Approximately 20 miles North of Phoenix, these small towns represent a slower, laid-back Western lifestyle.

With a combined population of about 6,000 folks, the Foothills offers an attractive mixture that provide the amenities of a larger area while at the same time providing a small town, friendly atmosphere.  Couple that with the wonderful wildlife the desert offers, and you have a perfect place to call home.

Our climate is the Best!  Benign and Sunny winters in its 2500 feet elevation and more than 80 percent of all possible sunshine the year around, these towns offers well-nigh irresistible enticements to the weather-weary.  Low humidity and cooler summer temperatures than Phoenix lure outdoor enthusiasts to such activities as hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, golfing and jeep touring.

Properties are very varied and offers the homeowner choices of condominiums, patio homes, golf properties, or time-shares, all on small lots to multiple acre estates.  For the equestrian lover, Cave Creek and its surrounding areas, offers many ranch properties ranging from 2 acres to as many as 200 acres.
